ASME B31.3 – Process Piping

The PROBAD solution "ASME B31.3" includes the following parts for pipes under internal pressure in petroleum refineries and chemical plants:

• Straight tubes with up to 10 branches or tees and their interaction
• Elbows and bent tubes

As material selection, the parameters can either be selected by:

• ASME B31.3, Appendix A
• ASME B31.3, Appendix K – High Pressure
• ASME II-D for ASME I.
• ASME II-D for ASME VIII.

The input values ​​and results can be done either in European or American units.

The required pressure p’ acc. to the Pressure Equipment Directive can be selectively determined.
